Explain the daily diet of menopausal women

Menopause is a physiological phenomenon of women, also known as female menopause. The onset of menopause will affect women's physiology and psychology, and affect women's lives. In fact, women will experience menopause when they reach a certain age, so there is no need to be afraid of the arrival of menopause. Here are some daily dietary precautions for menopausal women:

(1) For those who are experiencing menopause due to deficiency syndrome, it is advisable to eat more nourishing foods: lamb, chicken, lean pork, longan, walnuts, dates, chestnuts, lotus seeds, wolfberries, yam, etc.

(2) For those with menopausal syndrome, the diet should be light and easy to digest, and they should eat more foods that have the effect of promoting blood circulation and relieving menstruation, such as hawthorn, rapeseed, black beans, black fungus, cuttlefish, oranges, tangerine cakes, etc.

Postmenopausal patients should avoid eating

(1) Foods that are not conducive to nourishing essence and blood

Such as garlic, kohlrabi, tea, white radish, pickles, mustard tuber, winter melon, etc., eating too much will damage the formation of essence and blood, resulting in a lack of menstrual blood and causing amenorrhea, so they should be avoided.

(2) Raw and cold food

Various cold drinks, mixed cold dishes, cold fruits, cold aquatic products and other foods can cause vasoconstriction, aggravate blood stasis, and cause menstrual blood to stop flowing, so they should be avoided.

(3) Fatty foods

Such as preserved egg yolk, chicken yolk, duck egg yolk, pig brain, pig liver, pig kidney, lard, pig fat, pig intestines, pig heart, mutton, lamb liver, carp, cuttlefish, chicken, turtle, herring, grass carp, shrimp, hairtail, clams, crab, cream, chocolate, etc. These foods contain high protein, cholesterol, and fat. Eating too much of them can easily cause excess nutrition in the body, further increase fat accumulation, aggravate obesity, block the meridians, and prevent menstrual blood from flowing normally. Therefore, you should try to eat less or avoid eating them.

(4) Carrot

Although carrots are rich in nutrients, they can cause amenorrhea and inhibit ovulation. Women who want to have children will not easily get pregnant if they eat too much, so they should avoid eating them. Warm reminder for menopausal women to take a rest, communicate more with others, maintain a good attitude, and eat more soy products, dairy products, vegetables and fruits.
