1. Symptoms: Typical symptoms of gynecological inflammation generally include vulvar itching, increased vaginal discharge, etc.; ectopic pregnancy generally has symptoms such as 6-8 weeks of menopause, abdominal pain, and fetal death. Generally, vaginal bleeding is irregular and the amount of bleeding does not exceed the amount of menstruation.

2. Physical examination: Gynecological inflammation: through examination, you will find redness and swelling of the vulva, yellow pus in the secretions, white tofu residue, etc., accompanied by a peculiar smell; when checking for ectopic pregnancy, a small amount of intrauterine blood can be seen in the vagina, the uterus is slightly larger, irregular masses can be felt in the uterus, and the pain is more obvious.

3. B-ultrasound examination: It is helpful to diagnose ectopic pregnancy. If no gestational sac is found in the uterine cavity, but fetal heartbeat or gestational sac is seen outside the uterine cavity, it can generally be diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy. B-ultrasound examination can also be used to preliminarily determine whether there are gynecological diseases such as uterine cavity effusion and endometrial thickening.
