Some common symptoms of menopause

1. Clinical symptoms of hypothalamic pituitary menopause

Irregular menstruation, followed by menopause or a history of sudden menopause; there may be a history of specific environmental changes or panic; dizziness, pale complexion, limb fatigue, irritability, insomnia, or premenstrual facial acne, oral ulcers, constipation, etc., which often appear with changes in the menstrual cycle.

2. Clinical symptoms of menopause and galactorrhea syndrome

Menopause: withdrawal bleeding during the progesterone test; galactorrhea or a small amount of milk secretion when both nipples are squeezed; infertility; sexual dysfunction; if galactorrhea is caused by a pituitary tumor, it is often accompanied by headache, double vision or reduced visual field.

Clinical symptoms of menopause due to polycystic ovary syndrome

Irregular menstruation, infrequent or scanty menstruation, or even menopause. A minority of patients with PCOS have ovulatory menstruation and weak corpus luteum, and these symptoms often occur during menarche. Hirsutism: often occurs before menarche, and is mostly distributed on the lips, around the areola, midline of the abdomen, pubic symphysis, limbs, and vulva. Obesity: weight gain. Infertility, and even pregnancy can lead to miscarriage. Some patients have frequent acne on the face, chest, and back.
