Relaxing activities are beneficial to the recovery of patients with functional uterine bleeding

Since functional uterine bleeding causes prolonged menstrual bleeding and increased blood volume, it is easy for patients to become physically and mentally exhausted, fearful and anxious during the bleeding period. ⑤ Close your eyes and try to imagine some tranquil and beautiful scenery, such as blue sea, golden sand, white clouds, mountains and flowing water, etc.

⑥ Do some of your favorite activities that are not related to the current specific matters, such as taking a hot bath, listening to music, watching TV, etc.

In addition, patients with functional uterine bleeding should also pay attention to rest, ensure adequate rest and sleep; take appropriate "quiet rest" and "active rest", and arrange rest time scientifically. Maintain a regular rhythm of life, do it with tension and relaxation, and avoid overwork. Especially adolescent girls should learn self-control, not surfing the Internet and entertainment all night long, to prevent endocrine disorders caused by irregular life and excessive fatigue, which may cause the occurrence of functional uterine bleeding in adolescence. Be careful not to wade in the rain and sleep outdoors, pay attention to adding or removing clothes and bedding as the weather changes, and avoid excessive cold or heat causing endocrine disorders in the body, resulting in prolonged menstruation and increased bleeding.
