For example, if jogging for 1 minute can burn 9.4 calories, it would take about 98 minutes of jogging to burn off a portion of fried pork ribs bento (about 30 grams of fat and 60 grams of sugar); and it would take about 60 minutes of jogging to burn off a cup of bubble milk tea (about 3 grams of fat and 60 grams of sugar).
