Some people deliberately avoid using escalators or elevators and instead go up and down the stairs. For those who really can't find the time to exercise, going up and down the stairs is a simple exercise that can be done. Some people even climb to more than 20 floors. During this process, they may actually feel that the platforms between floors are actually of great help.

After climbing up more than ten steps, there is a slightly flat section where you can take a short break. It feels really good! Therefore, when you are working, doing housework or exercising every day, you can imagine that you have such a platform and take a break.

As we age, everyone will feel more tired than when they were young. Instead of thinking, "Oh, I'm so useless!", it is better to think in another direction, "In this case, let's take a break!" I think the latter idea is truly natural and intuitive.

The most terrifying thing is that due to fatigue, attention declines and mistakes can easily occur if you are not careful. Mistakes at work are certainly frustrating, but it is even more troubling if you are not careful and get hurt.

Whether you are tired or sick, you can recover quickly when the symptoms are mild at first. A short rest is the necessary resting platform for working harder.

In the community tennis court, there are some people who come here every day to sweat and exercise, and some have been doing so for more than 30 years. When I said "it's really touching" to these people who still come to exercise even in their 70s, and talked to the person who was taking care of them, he told me the secret of why these people can continue for so long - although there are only two tennis courts, there are even more people who want to enjoy the fun of tennis, so in order to accommodate as many people as possible who want to enjoy the fun of tennis, there are a little more people practicing on the court.

In order to allow everyone to practice, players must be replaced frequently, resulting in everyone getting a chance to rest.

"We are all of a certain age, so this may be just the right arrangement." Depending on the intensity of the exercise, after about 15 minutes of exercise, there must be a 5-minute rest. For occasions where many elderly people gather together to exercise, it is best to maintain this basic frequency.
