In fact, there is no such thing as being "fat and healthy"! What is more noteworthy is that obesity erodes our health every day and is a chronic killer, just like "boiling a frog in warm water". We must be careful!

It is because when our weight gradually increases, the body will bear the damage caused by obesity through compensation, so no uncomfortable symptoms or diseases will appear immediately, so it is easy for everyone to ignore its harm. However, once the accumulated damage from obesity exceeds the upper limit that can be borne, these complications will erupt one by one, and by then it will be too late to regret.

Obesity is preventable

Everyone is afraid of cancer and pays attention to its related symptoms, but often does not take obesity seriously. In fact, obesity is a disease that has many similarities with cancer. Both obesity and cancer put the body in a state of chronic inflammation, and the diet or lifestyle that leads to both diseases is very similar, and both are preventable. To prevent cancer, you need to avoid contact with carcinogens (such as cigarettes). To prevent obesity, the key is to understand "how to eat and drink"!

"Three Lows and One High" diet as the principle of weight loss
