Don't worry about fat arms, yoga men use this trick to lose weight

Shoulder warm-up exercise: starting position

Coach NicK shared during the demonstration that the biceps and triceps of the arm are connected to the shoulders. If you want to slim down your arms, don’t ignore the warm-up and movement of your shoulders. At the beginning, you can slowly open your arms outwards with your palms open as if touching a wall. Then, rotate your hands in circles from small to large and let your chest move forward. After about 20 circles, reverse and do another 20 circles.

Yoga for Thin Arms: Eagle Pose

After completing the starting pose, hold your right arm bent in front of your body and put your left hand down, showing the eagle pose in yoga. Interlock your palms. If you cannot clasp your hands, just put the backs of your hands together. When you inhale, extend your arms upward along the Eagle pose, and when you exhale, extend your arms downward. Do this 12 to 16 times.

When doing the exercise, be careful not to shrug your shoulders and stick them to your earlobes. Instead, let them move naturally down using the strength of your arms. Move slowly and in coordination with your breathing. Do not use strength from other parts of the body in order to go fast and save effort. When you finish one side, switch sides and do 12 to 16 more times.
