When can ectopic pregnancy be detected?

When can ectopic pregnancy be detected?

Ectopic pregnancy, in simple terms, is pregnancy in the uterine cavity. In addition to the uterine cavity, according to the different parts of the pregnancy, it is divided into tubal pregnancy, cervical pregnancy, ovarian pregnancy, abdominal pregnancy, etc. The most common is tubal pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy can also have a history of menopause. If women who have sex have menstruation for more than 7 days under normal menstruation, they should do an early pregnancy test at home to confirm pregnancy. Generally speaking, you can check blood HCG and B-ultrasound diagnosis around 40 days of pregnancy. Once confirmed, it is recommended to treat clinically as soon as possible to avoid unpredictable serious consequences.

What are the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy?

1. Amenorrhea. Most patients have a history of amenorrhea;

2. Vaginal bleeding. Most patients have a history of vaginal bleeding, which is dark in color, light in menstrual flow, and very heavy;

3. Abdominal pain. Abdominal pain is usually caused by fallopian tube rupture and bleeding, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, anal swelling and other symptoms.

Ectopic pregnancy is a very serious disease. As the fetus grows, the fallopian tube rupture may cause heavy bleeding at any time, seriously threatening the patient's life. Pregnant women must go to a regular hospital to rule out the possibility of ectopic pregnancy. If there is an ectopic pregnancy, it should be treated in time.

The most common cause of ectopic pregnancy in women with salpingitis is that salpingitis causes edema, tortuosity, thickening, and blockage of the fallopian tubes, preventing the fertilized egg from implanting normally in the uterine cavity, leading to ectopic pregnancy.

Patients with a history of multiple miscarriages have damaged and thinned endometrium, which cannot allow the fertilized egg to implant into the uterine cavity, leading to ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, women of childbearing age need to pay attention to personal hygiene and sexual hygiene to avoid the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.
