What to do if you have pelvic effusion?

Pelvic effusion may be caused by ovulation, pelvic inflammation, ectopic pregnancy, etc. It can usually be treated with medication, surgery, etc. If the patient has symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, back pain, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding, he or she needs to seek medical attention in time.

1. Ovulation:

Women with mature reproductive systems will have an ovulation response. When the body is in the ovulation period, the follicles in the pelvic cavity will rupture, causing the accumulation of follicular fluid. This is a normal physiological phenomenon that will disappear on its own without special treatment.

2. Pelvic inflammatory disease:

It is usually caused by pathogen infection, frequent sexual life, poor hygiene, etc. Pelvic inflammation produces serous fluid that cannot be absorbed by the human body and may spread to the pelvic cavity to form effusion, accompanied by symptoms such as sexual pain and bleeding. Drugs such as metronidazole tablets, levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets, and azithromycin capsules need to be treated under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Ectopic pregnancy:

It is usually caused by fallopian tube distortion, fallopian tube dysplasia, uterine fibroid compression and other reasons. Ectopic pregnancy often occurs in the fallopian tube. As the embryo grows, the fallopian tube may rupture and blood may affect the pelvic cavity. Under the guidance of a doctor, you can choose to treat it by salpingostomy, fallopian tube umbrella extrusion, fallopian tube incision and other methods.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by ovarian cancer and other reasons, which can also be treated by chemotherapy. Patients should pay attention to personal hygiene and try to avoid overwork.
