Effects of pelvic inflammatory disease on pregnant women

If pregnant women find themselves suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease, they must be very careful. Many pregnant women will feel lower abdominal pain during pregnancy. At this time, female friends should be very careful. This may be pelvic inflammatory disease, which has a great impact on pregnant women.

Pelvic inflammatory disease during pregnancy has an impact on the fetus in the following two aspects:

1. Prone to miscarriage. Due to the stimulation of pelvic inflammation, the pelvis is prone to congestion, the uterus becomes congested and softens, causing it to be closer to the rectum, compressing the sacral nerves to produce a feeling of falling, and the uterus squeezes the rectum, stimulating the rectal mucosa to contract and causing defecation. If the pelvic and uterine congestion is more obvious after pregnancy, the inflammation affects the rectum, which will stimulate rectal diarrhea and cause the newly implanted embryo to easily miscarry.

2. It is easy to cause ectopic pregnancy. Although there are many reasons for ectopic pregnancy, clinical findings show that it is mainly caused by salpingitis. Inflammation of the fallopian tube can cause narrowing and deformation of the fallopian tube cavity, and the fertilized egg cannot pass smoothly. The fertilized egg can only be implanted in the fallopian tube and develop in the fallopian tube. When it develops to a certain extent, it will cause fallopian tube rupture, heavy bleeding, and even endanger the patient's life. It should be taken seriously.

If a pregnant woman finds that she has pelvic inflammatory disease, she must go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible and receive treatment according to the doctor's advice. If a female friend finds that her condition is very serious and will affect the fetus, it is best to give up the pregnancy, which is good for both the child and the pregnant woman.
