What causes adenomyosis?

How is adenomyosis caused?

Fertility is a woman's instinct, and children are the fruit of the love of their parents. How can a family without children be considered complete? Especially for infertile families, children are their greater desire. When it comes to the causes of infertility, adenomyosis is one of the reasons.

Clinically, common causes of adenomyosis are:

1. Endocrine disorders. When women are 40 to 50 years old, their ovarian function will gradually decline and their estrogen levels will increase significantly, which will cause excessive proliferation of the endometrium and induce adenomyosis.

2. Abortion. Whether it is surgical abortion or medical abortion, it will lead to endometriosis, and endometriosis will lead to adenomyosis.

3. Cesarean section. Cesarean section may also bring the endometrium into the female uterine muscle layer. Generally speaking, 1~2 adenomyosis can be formed in about a year. It is necessary to choose an obvious obstetric hospital for delivery and regular health check-ups after delivery.

4. The uterus tilts backwards. The uterus tilts backwards, which can cause the female uterus to be discharged smoothly, and the endometrial fragments take the opportunity to enter the female uterine muscle layer, leading to adenomyosis.

5. Dysmenorrhea. Many young people suffer from dysmenorrhea. During dysmenorrhea, the uterus contracts spasmodically, causing the endometrium to penetrate into the myometrium, causing adenomyosis.
