Ovarian cysts and ovarian tumors can occur at any age, most of which occur during the reproductive years. Benign ovarian tumors mostly occur between the ages of 20 and 44, and malignant ovarian tumors mostly occur between the ages of 40 and 50. Adolescents or young girls can also develop ovarian tumors, which are often malignant. Ovarian tumors in late menopause are also mostly malignant. Early diagnosis is difficult, and 70% of them are in the advanced stage when they seek medical treatment. Early treatment is rare, and the 5-year survival rate has always hovered around 20-30%. It is one of the most serious malignant tumors that threaten women's lives.

If the right ovarian cyst develops into a non-neoplastic lesion, it requires prompt treatment.

Right ovarian cysts are clinically classified as:

Ovarian cyst 1 Qi stagnation and blood stasis type: manifested by lumps on one or both sides of the lower abdomen. Small lumps usually have no obvious symptoms, while large lumps can cause palpitations, shortness of breath, back pain, lower abdominal pain, constipation, frequent and urgent urination, and petechiae on the tongue.

Ovarian cyst 2 cold dampness stasis type: abdominal mass, lower limb edema, abdominal and chest effusion, poor appetite and poor digestion.

Ovarian cyst 3: Qi stasis and heat type: severe abdominal pain, abdominal distension and nausea, fever and chills, mental depression, weakness and fatigue, increased vaginal discharge with a thick and fishy texture.
