How to treat second-degree cervical erosion? 3 causes of moderate cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is a very common gynecological disease. Many married women suffer from cervical erosion, and most of these women have given birth to children. With the development of the times and the liberalization of sexual life, many unmarried girls are beginning to find that they suffer from cervical erosion. So, how to treat the second degree of cervical erosion? I believe this is a question that many women are concerned about.

Cervical erosion is a common gynecological disease among women. Many female friends are troubled by cervical erosion. However, because the symptoms are mild at the beginning and no attention is paid to treatment, it will develop into secondary cervical erosion or even severe cervical erosion over time. Once it reaches severe cervical erosion, it will be very difficult to treat.

Causes of moderate cervical erosion

1. Endogenous pathogens: Some pathogens of cervicitis are related to bacterial vaginosis and Mycoplasma genitalium infection;

2. Pathogens of sexually transmitted diseases: Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Chlamydia trachomatis, mainly found in high-risk groups of sexually transmitted diseases;

3. Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae: Both infect the endocervical epithelium, spread along the mucosal surface and cause superficial infection, with the lesions being most obvious in the endocervical canal. In addition to the columnar epithelium of the endocervical canal, Neisseria gonorrhoeae also frequently invades the transitional epithelium of the urethra, the paraurethral glands, and the greater vestibular glands.

What to do about moderate cervical erosion? It is pointed out that there are many kinds of local drugs for treating cervical erosion in both first-degree cervical erosion and second-degree cervical erosion, but local drugs can only work on the surface of erosion. The surface seems to heal in the short term, but because the basic lesions are not resolved, they will relapse soon. As for vulvar and vaginal washing, it can only improve the symptoms of leucorrhea, but it cannot play a fundamental role in the healing of erosion.

At the same time, unnecessary vaginal douching or medication will destroy the normal defense mechanism of the vagina and may cause infection. Those who need treatment for cervical erosion should not think that "medication and douching" are cheaper and less harmful than physical therapy. Inappropriate treatment will only prolong the course of the disease, aggravate the condition, and cost more money.

How to treat second-degree cervical erosion? After reading the above explanation, do female friends understand? When the health of the body is damaged, the first thing to do is to hurry up and treat it, because if any disease is not treated in time, it will cause other diseases in the body. For example, if mild cervical erosion is not treated in time, it will develop into severe cervical erosion, which will cause irreparable damage to the body.
