When it comes to cervicitis, I believe most women know about this disease. Nowadays, the incidence rate has been increasing. The most common one is chronic cervicitis. Many people are very troubled by this, because understanding its treatment method is something that every patient must do. Chronic cervicitis can be treated with medication, physical therapy and immunotherapy. Cervicitis is a relatively common gynecological disease, which mainly occurs in women of childbearing age. The disease is divided into acute and chronic types, but chronic cervicitis is more common. This disease brings great trouble to women, so once the disease occurs, it must be treated in time. Next, I will introduce the treatment methods of chronic cervicitis. Let’s take a look. 1. Physical therapy (1) Electric ironing: This method is relatively simple. (2) Cryotherapy: It mainly uses refrigerants to generate relatively low temperatures, causing the patient's inflamed tissue to freeze or necrotize, repairing the wound surface and achieving the purpose of healing. (3) Laser treatment: CO2 laser is used to treat the disease, which gradually carbonizes and forms scabs on the patient's inflamed tissue. The scabs will eventually fall off and new epithelium will grow. (4) Microwave therapy. This is a new type of physical therapy that uses microwave electrodes to touch and press the diseased tissue, which quickly generates high heat and finally coagulates. (5) Bohm lamp treatment. This is a relatively new treatment device. After the operation, antibiotics must be used for ten days and sexual intercourse is prohibited. (6) Infrared coagulation. This method uses infrared rays to cause the local tissue of the patient to coagulate, necrotize, and fall off, thereby forming a non-inflammatory superficial ulcer. The granulation tissue slowly grows and eventually becomes new squamous epithelium. The side effects in this regard are minimal, and there is not much fluid discharge after the operation. 2. Medication (1) Vaginal washing: You can use 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution to apply the medicine, and clean the vagina before applying the medicine. (2) Local medication ① First clean the vagina, then use 10% to 20% silver nitrate for treatment. During treatment, use a cotton swab to dip it and apply it to the affected area. Apply the medicine once a week, 2 to 4 times per course of treatment. This method is very simple and is more suitable for grassroots units. ② Potassium dichromate solution: This medicine has the effect of sterilization and swelling. This method is very simple, and the preparation of the liquid medicine is also very simple. Patients do not need to use too much medicine. It is suitable for grassroots units or after the census. ③ Desire Sulin suppository: Clean the vulva every other night, then put a suppository in the vagina, put it deeper, and twelve times as a course of treatment. 3. Immunotherapy. |
