What are the surgical methods for artificial abortion? There are 3 types

At present, the mainstream artificial abortion methods in my country include vacuum aspiration, which is the first artificial abortion method in my country. It is relatively safe and simple. In addition, there is the painless abortion that we are familiar with, which is to give the patient general anesthesia on the basis of artificial abortion. In addition, there is the more direct and rough forceps curettage, which will cause physical damage to the patient's reproductive system.

At present, there are some defects in school education and family education in China. For example, children are rarely given systematic sex education. This has led to many children not paying attention to their private lives after entering college or becoming adults, and accidental pregnancies are common. When girls become pregnant unexpectedly, many parties or families will choose artificial abortion. So what are the surgical methods of artificial abortion?
1. Vacuum aspiration
Vacuum aspiration is the first artificial abortion method in China. This operation is suitable for women with a pregnancy period of less than 10 weeks. Vacuum aspiration mainly uses the method of secondary voltage suction to suck out early embryos and other tissues. Because this operation is relatively safer and simpler, it is currently a commonly used surgical method for early pregnancy termination in China.
2. Painless abortion
Painless abortion is one of the most well-known artificial abortion methods, but many people only know the name and do not understand the surgical method it represents. Painless abortion is suitable for women whose pregnancy period is less than 10 weeks and who voluntarily request general anesthesia. In layman's terms, it means that general anesthesia is performed on the patient on the basis of artificial abortion to reduce the patient's physical pain and psychological pressure.
3. Curettage
Curettage is used for women who are more than 10 weeks pregnant. It is also a relatively rough surgical method. It is suitable for pregnant women with acute inflammation in the early stages of pregnancy and when the baby cannot be saved. As the name suggests, this surgical method directly removes the early embryo before the operation and cleans the uterus of the pregnant woman. There may be physical damage to the uterus and endometrium of the pregnant woman. Most women have varying degrees of bleeding after the operation.
There are currently many types of surgical methods for female abortion. When women undergo abortion surgery, they need to follow the doctor's advice and choose the surgical method that suits them best to reduce harm to the body. At the same time, they should pay attention to postoperative care and healthy diet.
