The incomplete abortion and abortion failure rate of domestic mifepristone is about 10%; the side effects of medical abortion include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue and other early pregnancy reactions, and a significant increase in lower abdominal pain; the bleeding time after medical abortion is long, an average of about half a month, and some as long as 1-2 months.
