Eat macaroni without getting fat, olive oil sauce is low in calories

Macaroni is usually eaten with mayonnaise, but in order to reduce the calories, it is paired with cherry tomatoes and olive oil sauce to make a salad, plus protein-rich tuna, which makes people feel very full.

Macaroni and Tuna Salad

Ingredients (for 1 person): 3/4 cup macaroni (or fusilli, 80 grams), 1/2 can of tuna (50 grams), 7 to 8 green beans (40 grams)

practice:

1. Put the macaroni into boiling water (6 cups of water + 2 tablespoons of salt), continue to cook for 5 minutes after boiling, then remove the noodles and let them cool for later use.

2. Cut green beans and cherry tomatoes in half, and dice onions

3. Put the green beans into boiling water (6 cups of water + 2 teaspoons of salt), blanch for 1 minute, then rinse in cold water, remove and drain.

4. Put the tuna on the strainer to drain the oil

5. Pour macaroni, tuna, green beans, cherry tomatoes, onions and pepper into a container, pour the sauce on top, mix well and then place on plates. You can adjust the amount of olive oil according to your preference.

Tomato Olive Oil Sauce

Ingredients: 7 small tomatoes, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method: Put all the ingredients except olive oil into a blender. After all the ingredients are mixed well, pour in the olive oil and blend again.
