In order to avoid postoperative menopausal syndrome, it is generally believed that semi-conservative surgery has a low recurrence rate and few sequelae.

Conservative surgery: mainly used for young infertile patients with endometriosis who want to have children and preserve the uterus and its appendages, at least one side of the appendages. The main methods include lesion resection, adhesion separation, ovarian reconstruction and tissue repair.
