Endometriosis Infertility

Endometriosis Infertility

If a woman suffers from infertility, the impact on her body and mind is huge, and many happy families eventually break up because of female infertility. Endometriosis is a disease related to women's uterus. It refers to endometriosis in women caused by some reasons. The most direct impact of this disease is infertility. Can endometriosis cure infertility?

Endometriosis Infertility

When people find themselves suffering from infertility, they must seek timely treatment, because the treatment cycle of such diseases is long, and the older you are, the more difficult it is to cure. The following are some methods for treating endometriosis infertility.

Conservative laparotomy: If laparoscopy is used to treat stubborn lesions and adhesions, laparotomy must be performed. After separating the adhesions, the oocyst is stripped or removed. Others include salpingectomy, annular ligament shortening and uterine suspension, presacral neurectomy, etc.

Radical surgery: When the condition is serious and the patient is older, radical surgery should be chosen, that is, total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. The incidence of postoperative menopausal syndrome is high, but there is no recurrence.

Semi-conservative surgery: For young endometriosis infertility patients who have no fertility requirements or who have the conditions for hysterectomy, semi-conservative surgery that preserves ovarian function should be performed as much as possible. In order to avoid postoperative menopausal syndrome, it is generally believed that semi-conservative surgery has a low recurrence rate and few sequelae.

Conservative surgery: mainly used for young infertile patients with endometriosis who want to have children and preserve the uterus and its appendages, at least one side of the appendages. The main methods include lesion resection, adhesion separation, ovarian reconstruction and tissue repair.

The above points are common in the treatment of endometriosis infertility. Whether the patient takes conservative treatment or surgical treatment, they must choose the most appropriate treatment method according to the doctor's advice. The most important point is to discover and treat it in time. The longer the delay, the worse the recovery.
