What are the dangers of uterine effusion in women?

What is uterine effusion? Uterine effusion is also called intrauterine effusion. Uterine effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the uterus, mostly caused by gynecological inflammation. When inflammation occurs, a slightly viscous liquid will ooze out of the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue, and gradually form a cystic mass when it is wrapped by the surrounding tissue. It can be divided into physiological uterine effusion and pathological uterine effusion.

What harm does uterine effusion bring to women?

Experts say: Uterine effusion is mostly caused by diseases such as uterine bleeding, endometritis, cervical adhesions, blockage, and genital malformations, and its harm should not be underestimated.

1. Infertility: There is a lot of inflammatory exudate on the surface of the endometrium of women, which is not conducive to the upward movement of sperm and the implantation and development of fertilized eggs. In addition, inflammatory factors such as bacterial toxins and leukocyte phagocytosis can also cause sperm death or reduced activity. These factors will hinder women from getting pregnant.

2. Miscarriage. When a woman has uterine effusion, the endometrium is in an abnormal state, and the fertilized egg is not easy to implant in the inflammatory endometrium, or the anti-endometrial antibodies cause implantation disorders, or the fertilized egg is not implanted stably, which makes miscarriage very easy.

3. Reduced sexual desire. Patients with uterine effusion may experience increased vaginal secretions, backache, abdominal pain, etc., which can cause a rapid decrease in the woman's sexual interest.

Experts say: Uterine effusion is very harmful. If women experience symptoms such as lower back and abdominal pain, irregular menstruation, pain during sexual intercourse, abnormal leucorrhea, etc. in their daily lives, they should be alert to uterine effusion and are advised to go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination and treatment in time.
