【Beer braised beef short ribs】

  • Ingredients: 600g boneless beef ribs, 200g onion, 200g carrot, 200g white radish, 1 can of beer.

  • Seasoning: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp water.
