Threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy, go to the hospital to preserve the fetus

Pregnancy is a very happy thing for women and the whole family, but if you don't pay attention in the early stages of pregnancy, it will cause the precursor of miscarriage, so the first three months of pregnancy are very important and must be taken seriously. So let's talk about going to the hospital to preserve the fetus in the early stages of pregnancy when there is a threat of miscarriage.

1. Psychological care When patients have threatened abortion, their psychological state is always not good. Try to encourage, comfort and help them according to their different psychological states. For some newly married people, when vaginal bleeding is found, medical staff should do a good job of ideological work for patients and their families to stabilize the patients' emotions. In particular, some elderly pregnant women have been worried and anxious since they confirmed their pregnancy. They do not understand the knowledge of the pregnancy process. They should explain to pregnant women the purpose and significance of early pregnancy preservation treatment, as well as the adverse reactions and preventive measures of drugs. Use communication skills to talk with pregnant women, let them fully express their psychological feelings, so that the pregnant women's psychology can be buffered and actively cooperate with the treatment. Clinical practice and psychological research have confirmed that good psychological factors and positive psychological state can promote people's physical and mental health or serve as a means of treating diseases.

2. Specialized and symptom care Observe whether there is abdominal pain and the nature and location of abdominal pain. In the early stage of threatened abortion, abdominal pain is not obvious, mostly backache and lower abdominal distension. In the late stage, paroxysmal abdominal pain occurs, accompanied by vaginal bleeding. At this time, sedation, spasmolysis, and inhibition of uterine contractions should be given according to the doctor's advice. If abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding worsen, or embryonic tissue is discharged, the doctor should be notified in time, and the discharge should be sent for examination. Pay attention to the color, shape, amount and duration of bleeding, and pay attention to whether there is discharge of pregnancy tissue. Instruct patients to keep the vulva clean, clean the vulva every day, and change sanitary napkins in time. If the amount of perineal bleeding is large, the sanitary napkin should be kept to estimate the amount of perineal bleeding. Prevent infection and prohibit sexual intercourse. If the amount of vaginal bleeding is large, report to the doctor and give corresponding examination and treatment. Instruct bed rest. Generally, you can get out of bed and move around appropriately 3 to 4 days after the bleeding stops. Keep the vulva clean, change underwear and pads frequently, and do a good job of disinfection.

3. Diet and life guidance Provide pregnant women with scientific dietary guidance, eat a reasonable diet, and maintain good eating habits. The embryo is in the early stage of differentiation and development during early pregnancy. The energy required is not increased compared to usual. In addition, there are symptoms such as nausea, anorexia and greasy food during early pregnancy. The diet should be light, nutritious and easy to digest. For example, take one egg, a fish or shrimp weighing about 100g, a bottle of milk, an appropriate amount of vegetables, fruits and staple food every day, and be cautious about eating eels, turtles, lake crabs, longans, lychees, etc. At the same time, the ward should be kept quiet, and patients and their families should be discouraged from making loud noises. The living environment in the ward is comfortable, the air is fresh, and the indoor temperature and humidity are appropriate. Correctly guide patients to get out of bed and rest. If there is vaginal bleeding, try to stay in bed and rest, and don't be too nervous. When the vaginal bleeding stops or the abdominal pain disappears for a few days, you can get out of bed and move around, but the amount of activity should not be too large.
