Experts introduce the symptoms of female menopausal syndrome

Menopause is a physiological process that every woman must go through. It is the process of transitioning from the reproductive stage to the elderly stage. So, what are the symptoms of female menopausal syndrome? Let us introduce it to you in detail.

1. Hypertension. Hypertension caused by menopause is mostly neurological, characterized by high systolic blood pressure and significant fluctuations, which can cause paroxysmal headaches (mainly at the back of the head), dizziness, rapid heartbeat, palpitations, etc. For some people, blood pressure fluctuations may be completely consistent with hot flashes and sweating, and the peak of hypertension often coincides with the most severe hot flash symptoms.

2. Vasospasm pain. Vasospasm in different parts of the body can cause serious lesions in various organs and cause pain. The most common so-called "pseudo-angina" is caused by coronary artery spasm. Vasospasm in the limbs can make women feel as if ants are crawling on their skin or other abnormal sensations. In severe cases, the fingers, toes or the entire foot may turn pale intermittently. Some people often have finger artery spasms induced by cold, causing their fingers to suddenly turn pale, cold, numb or completely lose sensation, forming the so-called "dead fingers", which will return to normal after a while.

3. Dizziness, tinnitus, and blurred vision are symptoms of menopausal syndrome in women. Dizziness is not necessarily accompanied by flushing, and it most often occurs when getting up in the morning or bending over. This type of dizziness is caused by the inability of blood distribution to quickly adapt to sudden changes in body position. Tinnitus is a noise you feel, such as ringing or rustling sounds, which may appear suddenly and disappear quickly, or may persist and make people feel extremely annoyed. These symptoms are generally caused by vascular motor disorders, and many people feel dizzy or have black spots in front of their eyes.

4. Neuropsychiatric symptoms. Due to the lack of popularization and publicity of common knowledge about menopause, some women do not have a correct understanding of menopause and regard menopause as a sign of the end of life, which makes them extremely emotionally unstable. They are nervous and anxious, insomniac and forgetful. Some people even have personality changes that are inexplicable. They will feel wronged, suspicious, nagging, and crying for no reason. Sometimes they hide and cry in a corner for fear of being seen. Or they are not happy with everyone, very neurotic, and can't think straight when encountering things. Severe cases are completely similar to mental patients, most of whom are depressed, and generally have unstable mental states in middle age. However, very few women have such severe symptoms.

The above content is an introduction to the symptoms of female menopausal syndrome. However, not every woman will experience the above symptoms. They are often only part of the symptoms.
