Hospitals that treat congenital absence of vagina

Congenital absence of vagina is caused by the stagnation of the tail end of the paramesonephric duct during embryonic development and its failure to extend downwards. It may be accompanied by uterine hypoplasia or uterine failure. Congenital absence of vagina will make women unable to have sex and get married normally. However, this disease is not untreatable. Relevant experts have created autologous vulvar mucosal vaginoplasty, which is currently a good method for treating congenital absence of uterus.

First-level hospitals: are grass-roots hospitals that directly provide prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation services to the community. In addition to community hospitals, they are generally township hospitals, which can provide convenient and economical basic medical services. Generally speaking, patients with mild illnesses, slow disease progression, simple common diseases, or diseases that have been diagnosed and stabilized in the upper-level hospitals are suitable for treatment at the nearest first-level hospitals. Such as common colds, fever, coughs, headaches, sore throats, diarrhea, constipation, stomach problems, confirmed hypertension and diabetes, sequelae of cerebrovascular accidents, joint sprains, skin lacerations, general ENT and oral diseases, etc.

Secondary hospitals: Regional hospitals that can provide comprehensive medical services to multiple communities and undertake certain teaching and scientific research tasks. For most common and frequently occurring diseases, as long as the condition is not complicated, the diagnosis can be clear, and it is not extremely urgent or serious, you can choose secondary hospitals such as regional, district and county hospitals.

Tertiary hospitals: are regional hospitals that provide high-level specialized medical and health services to several regions and perform advanced teaching and scientific research tasks. In addition to central-level hospitals, tertiary hospitals are generally affiliated hospitals of medical universities and provincial people's hospitals at the top of Chinese hospitals, as well as affiliated hospitals of military medical universities of the People's Liberation Army and general hospitals of major military regions. In general small and medium-sized cities, they are generally the people's hospitals (or traditional Chinese medicine hospitals) of the city and the PLA hospitals stationed in the city.

Tertiary hospitals represent the highest level of medical technology in my country and are also considered large hospitals by people. Generally speaking, it is best to contact the emergency center or go directly to a tertiary hospital for urgent and critical illnesses; patients with chronic diseases and difficult and complicated diseases that cannot be diagnosed or are not effectively treated in primary and secondary hospitals should also go to tertiary hospitals.
