In mild cases, there are local redness, swelling, a small amount of secretions, and mild pain; in severe cases, there are local redness, swelling, suppuration, and obvious pain. In more serious cases, female friends may experience local lymphadenopathy, pain, fever and other systemic discomfort symptoms.
