The treatment of dysmenorrhea with Chinese medicinal wine is mainly based on the type of treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine often uses medicated wine to treat dysmenorrhea, and different medicated wines are used according to the different types of patients to effectively relieve pain. 1. Qi and blood deficiency type

Patients with Qi and blood deficiency can use Guihua wine to treat dysmenorrhea:

Ingredients: 15 grams of angelica, 15 grams of chrysanthemum, 100 grams of jujube, and 1500 milliliters of rice wine.

Preparation method: Wash the angelica, chrysanthemum and jujube, and soak them in rice wine, making sure the wine is warm.

Dosage: Patients can drink hot water 3 times a day, 15 ml to 25 ml each time.

2. Liver and kidney deficiency type

Patients with liver and kidney deficiency can use Gujing wine to treat dysmenorrhea:

Ingredients: 60 grams of wolfberry, 30 grams of angelica, 90 grams of rehmannia, and 1500 ml of rice wine.

Preparation method: Wash wolfberry, angelica and rehmannia, and soak them in rice wine, making sure the wine is warm.

Dosage: Patients can drink hot water 2-3 times a day, 15 ml-20 ml each time.

3. Yang deficiency and internal cold type

Patients with yang deficiency and internal cold can use walnut wine to treat dysmenorrhea:

Ingredients: 120 grams of walnut kernels, 60 grams of fennel, 60 grams of eucommia, 60 grams of psoralea corylifolia, and 2000 milliliters of white wine.

Preparation method: Wash walnut kernels, fennel, eucommia bark and psoralea corylifolia, soak them in white wine and then cool them down.

Dosage: Patients can drink it twice a day, 20 ml to 30 ml each time.
