The main manifestations are: menstrual changes, prolonged menstrual cycle, reduced menstrual flow, and finally menopause; the second is the decline in estrogen levels, such as hot flashes, sweating, memory loss, insomnia, and some patients will have cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, palpitations, and some will have joint pain, morning stiffness and other perimenopausal symptoms.

Can I get pregnant if I have sex two days before my period?

Pregnancy during sexual intercourse two days before menstruation mainly occurs when: women who do not want to have children after becoming pregnant can do B-ultrasound examination about 40 days after menstruation stops. If the diameter of the gestational sac is less than 2cm, medical abortion can be given. If the gestational sac is between 2-5cm, artificial abortion can also be used to terminate the pregnancy. Therefore, if there is no requirement for fertility for the time being, contraceptive measures must be taken. It is not recommended to use the safe period or the method of external ejaculation for contraception. Both methods are unreliable and can easily lead to accidental pregnancy.
