Pig skin jelly

1000g pig skin, 250g rice wine, 250g brown sugar, cut the pig skin into small pieces, put it in a large pot, add appropriate amount of water, simmer over low heat until the skin is rotten and the juice is thick, add rice wine and brown sugar, mix well and turn off the heat, pour into a porcelain basin, cool and set aside, and serve with meals as needed. It has the effects of nourishing yin and blood and stopping bleeding. It is suitable for menorrhagia, functional uterine bleeding and all bleeding diseases.

Plum paste

1500g of clean black plums. Add 3000ml of water to the black plums and boil them over charcoal fire. When the water evaporates to half, add water to the original amount, boil and thicken, filter out the residue with clean gauze, and bottle for later use. Add sugar to taste when taking. Adults take 5ml-10ml each time, with boiled water, 3 times a day. It is suitable for functional uterine bleeding caused by various reasons.

Black plum brown sugar soup

15g of black plum, 30g-50g of brown sugar. Boil the black plum and brown sugar together, add 1.5 bowls of water, simmer until half a bowl is left, remove the residue and take it warm. It has the effects of nourishing blood, stopping bleeding, beautifying the skin and pleasing the face, and is suitable for patients with menorrhagia or functional uterine bleeding.

Red Dates Stewed Pork Skin

15-20 red dates (pitted), 100g pig skin. Scrape the pig skin and cut it into small pieces. Wash the red dates and pit them. Put them into a stew pot. Add a small amount of water and stew until the pig skin is cooked. It has the effect of nourishing the spleen and blood, increasing skin luster and elasticity. It is suitable for treating spleen deficiency type metrorrhagia and physical weakness.
