Every day I study how to improve and upgrade this JOHORETCH to make it more effective (specifically, the previous JOHORETCH was not very effective in "strengthening physical strength", and I hope that this set of exercises can further promote hormone secretion). Finally, I realized the key, which is the "Forty-eight Moves" shown in the title of this book.

At that time, I happened to be at the Mejiro Museum in Tokyo, visiting the shunga exhibition held by the Eiseibunko. The so-called Forty-eight Hands, also known as the "Oedo Forty-eight Hands", are as many as forty-eight sexual positions for men and women that were popular in the Edo period. The positions depicted in shunga are very skillful. The movements and postures of raising the legs to support the trunk, or bending the body backward and stretching are reminiscent of yoga.

This is not just erotic, it also reflects the culture of Edo. I have visited shunga several times before, including at Ukiyo-e exhibitions, but this shunga exhibition was so impressive that I had to visit it a third time. Visitors came in all genders, young and old, with 60% being men and 40% being women. Everyone put their faces close to the glass window and stared with bated breath. This shunga exhibition attracted as many as 210,000 visitors, setting off a craze and ushering in the "first year of shunga".

The charm of shunga transcends time and I was completely overwhelmed. An idea flashed through my mind that perhaps the 48 hands could also be used in JOHORETCH. After returning home, I immediately changed the 48 hands postures into yoga moves, named it "48 Hands Yoga", and tried to complete the 48 yoga moves from the beginning by myself.

After trying the forty-eight hand poses, you will find that they are not intense. You can relax while effectively exercising your muscles. At the same time, the movements of "rotating, twisting, and straightening" are consistent with JOHORETCH, so the whole concept fits perfectly.

The amazing effect is not just "improved sleep quality"! After doing the Forty-Eight Hands Yoga, the first and most noticeable thing is the “improved sleep quality”. After taking a shower and lying on the bed, you will feel extremely comfortable all over! Even in winter, your whole body will be warmed up to your toes, you will feel the blood circulating throughout the body, and your breathing will become deeper, allowing you to fall asleep quickly and sleep soundly until dawn. Moreover, I, who used to have difficulty getting up in the morning, was able to wake up feeling refreshed.

Good quality sleep is an essential element for regulating the autonomic nervous system, activating internal organs, and promoting hormone secretion. In addition, stretching exercises around the hip joints and squatting postures can strengthen the overall muscles of the lower body, improve the blood pumping function throughout the body, and improve blood circulation. Of course, it also helps to strengthen the uterus, which is the source of female hormones. As long as the body's circulation improves, the average body temperature will rise and self-immunity will increase.

The most surprising thing is that I had gained ten kilograms before, but after I started doing Forty-Eight Hands Yoga, I returned to my original weight within six months, and my body fat was directly proportional to my weight, decreasing by 9%. In addition, the general estrogen value is said to be 50, but I didn’t expect my secretion to be as high as 194.9. Honestly, the effect is so good that it is unbelievable. I can only describe it as stunning.

So I planned carefully

My physical strength has improved, my femininity has increased, and my sex life has also improved.

In addition to the yoga benefits, you can also learn another technique from the "Forty-eight Hands". That is the true "sex" technique of the "Forty-eight Moves". In my salons and private classes, in addition to the problems specific to women such as menstrual pain, infertility and menopause mentioned above, students also often have troubles related to "sex". Usually during the first consultation, I will record the student's medical history and symptoms that they usually care about on the medical record form. Next, I will conduct a simple consultation. Every student will more or less have troubles or concerns that are inconvenient to talk about with others.

I hope to dispel the idea among students that they are embarrassed to speak out about their troubles, so I always remind myself to create an environment where everyone can speak freely. While asking questions, I usually carefully observe the other person's hair texture, skin texture, body balance, balance of facial features, pitch and speed of voice, and even tongue color, etc. This is part of Ayurvedic constitution diagnosis, which can be used to diagnose the general constitution of the person and infer which symptoms may occur easily or which lifestyle habits may be prone to occur.

For example, people who have "a deep voice, speak slowly, have fair and delicate skin, thick hair, and a round body" usually "prefer to eat sweet or sticky foods, have cold buttocks, poor water metabolism, are prone to edema, are also prone to allergies such as hay fever, are not good at coping with environmental changes, and are prone to paranoia."

So when I design the course, I will include postures that can maintain the student's physique, such as warming movements around the buttocks. In addition, when doing the movements, if the hip joints are stiff and it is inconvenient to open the legs and feet, the student will be reminded while doing the open legs and feet posture: "In order to promote the circulation of lymph in the hip joint, please do this posture once a day. After about ten days, when the hip joints become soft, the legs will not cramp during sex!"

Every time I finished speaking, the students’ expressions would instantly relax, and several of them even replied to me, “Teacher, how did you know that? To be honest, I had a cramp in my leg a few days ago, and I didn’t think it was good, so I made an appointment for class today (bitter smile).”

In addition, I also tell students who have undergone surgery, as well as those who have back pain and weak lower body muscles: "Just do it within your range of motion. As long as you lift your anus every day and slowly bend your waist forward and backward, in addition to relieving back pain, you can also exercise the pelvic floor muscles that support the uterus and bladder, which can prevent urinary incontinence and improve vaginal tightness!"

Or I would tell them: "The key to this posture is not just to turn your neck to the side, but to use the other cheek to charm the other person. This will make the lines of the neck muscles look very sexy, so if you use this trick on a date, you will be more attractive!" And so on. I will constantly advise them on the key points that can be used in daily life, and deliberately say things that are difficult for everyone to say in a gentle way.
