It’s not difficult to lose weight and reduce edema in winter! Cassia hawthorn 3 tea helps weight loss

The weather is chilly, it's a good time to lose weight. Chinese medicine practitioners point out that the temperature is low in winter and the body's basal metabolic rate is higher than in summer. If you can use ginger to remove moisture and eliminate edema at this time, and drink more spleen-strengthening and diuretic cassia and hawthorn teas to help burn fat, it can not only eliminate edema, but also help regulate the body's metabolism and get rid of fat.

Sha Zhengping, executive director of the New Taipei City Chinese Medicine Practitioners Association and a Chinese medicine practitioner, pointed out that a cold front has been arriving from the mainland recently, and the weather has been getting colder as the night progresses. Many people have found that when the temperature drops, not only do they suffer from the cold, but they also get hungry very quickly, and they eat a lot, thus gaining weight. However, the body's basal metabolism will accelerate due to the low temperature, which is also a good time to burn fat.

Ginger, onion and garlic are spicy and warm, which helps burn fat

According to the theory of dietary supplements in traditional Chinese medicine, when enjoying delicacies in winter, eating more spicy and warm natural condiments can improve metabolism. For example, ginger, scallions, garlic, and onions are spicy and warm in nature. When cooking or eating out, try to eat them with these natural condiments. They can induce sweating and warm the body, avoid fat accumulation, increase metabolic rate, and enhance immunity.

In addition, it is recommended to eat more "ginger" dishes. People with a weak and cold constitution should eat more "old ginger", while people with a hot constitution should eat more "young ginger". Because ginger is also a Chinese medicinal material, it is pungent and warm in nature. It can expel the coldness from the body, help sweat and eliminate dampness, warm the lungs and protect the stomach, consume calories through sweating, and thus achieve the purpose of removing moisture, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling.
