What are the symptoms of cervical erosion?

Cervical erosion is usually caused by infection during delivery, miscarriage, postpartum infection, surgical operation or mechanical stimulation, or invasion of pathogens. Patients may generally experience the following symptoms.

1. Pain

Generally, patients with mild cervical erosion rarely experience pain. When the pathogens spread to a deeper area, the inflammation can stimulate inflammation of the deep tissues of the cervix and the connective tissues around the cervix, causing lumbar pain, pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea. If the inflammation spreads to the main ligament, sexual intercourse pain may occur, affecting the quality of sexual life.

2. Bladder irritation symptoms

The uterus, bladder and other organs are located in the pelvic cavity. Inflammation of the cervix can spread or directly spread to the bladder triangle, thereby stimulating the bladder to cause symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and pain when urinating. If long-term inflammation and stimulation are not effectively controlled, urinary tract infection may also occur.

3. Increased leucorrhea

Increased vaginal discharge is the main symptom of cervical erosion, and its main features are large amount of vaginal discharge and various shapes. If the patient also has inflammatory infection, such as candidal vaginitis, the vaginal discharge of this type of patient is mainly bean curd-like vaginal discharge, and the vaginal discharge of patients with severe infection is yellow and thick; if the inflammatory infection is not obvious, the vaginal discharge is mainly thinner transparent mucus; if the erosion area is deeper and the lesion time is longer, the vaginal discharge may be mixed with a small amount of blood or blood, and even irregular vaginal bleeding may occur frequently.
