Moderate cervical erosion

Moderate cervical erosion

Moderate cervical erosion refers to moderate cervical columnar epithelial ectopia, which is mainly caused by changes in hormone levels in the body. It can be treated through general treatment, oral medication, liquid nitrogen freezing, etc.

1. General treatment:

Moderate cervical columnar epithelial ectopy is a physiological phenomenon, mainly caused by changes in estrogen levels in the body, which can cause damage to the cervical mucosa, leading to increased leucorrhea, abnormal vaginal bleeding, low back pain, bloody secretions and other symptoms. If not treated in time, it may affect the normal menstrual cycle, leading to prolonged menstrual cycles and reduced menstrual volume. If the patient's condition is not particularly serious, first of all, you should observe your condition at any time. Generally, there is no need to take targeted measures.

2. Oral medication:

If the body has other discomfort reactions during the illness, you can take cephalosporin capsules, doxycycline hydrochloride tablets, azithromycin dispersible tablets and other drugs under the guidance of a doctor, which can play an anti-inflammatory role and reduce local inflammation.

3. Liquid nitrogen freezing:

If the patient's condition is serious, liquid nitrogen cryotherapy is also needed according to the doctor's advice. It mainly uses freezing liquid and then applies it to the local skin. It can freeze and corrode the tissue, and then gradually fall off, which can achieve the therapeutic effect.

In addition to the above treatment methods, laser treatment is also included. If the condition is serious, you need to seek medical attention in time to avoid delaying treatment.
