5. Bent-over row: 35 kg.

6. Sit-ups: 20 times/5 sets.

7. Cross-over crunches: 20 reps/5 sets.

Diet adjustment: high protein, low carbohydrate, low fat

If you want to lose weight successfully and build a physique that is not prone to obesity, weight training alone is not enough, what is more important is diet. You no longer have to go hungry like before. Instead, you should eat well and eat smartly for three meals a day and learn how to choose ingredients. Try to reduce the intake of starch and low carbohydrates (sugar), supplement the intake of vegetables in large quantities, and also pay great attention to supplementing high protein for three meals, and eat chicken, beans, fish and eggs regularly; pay attention to cooking and stay away from frying to avoid excessive fat accumulation. The third group/

Breakfast: lettuce salad, scallion egg, beef short ribs.

Lunch: Chicken lettuce salad.

Dinner: cucumber and eggplant, black fungus, cabbage, enoki mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms and duck blood.
