Repeated high-temperature bathing can relieve stress and burn calories in one go

Sweating a lot not only makes your skin more beautiful, but also can relieve stress. Half-body bath has become the most basic of the basic bathing methods for women. However, a bathing method that is more effective in burning calories than this half-body bath is now attracting attention. What exactly is the "high temperature repeated bathing" method, which burns the same amount of calories as jogging for about an hour or walking for about an hour and a half?

High temperature repeated bath

As the name suggests, the hot water bath is a method of bathing in which you repeatedly soak in a hot water bath. Many people may have had the experience of taking a hot bath in a hot spring or public bathhouse, only to feel tired and weak after coming out. This is because hot water puts more strain on the body and consumes physical energy.

The higher the temperature of the bath, the more calories you burn. The application version of this theory is high temperature repeated bathing. Repeated soaking in a slightly hot bath should be able to burn more calories than simply taking a bath or a half-body bath.

The heat consumed by the high temperature repeated bath is 300~400Kcal. This is the same amount of calories burned by jogging for one hour or brisk walking for one and a half hours. In other words, as long as you take repeated high-temperature baths in your daily life, you can consume the same calories as exercising, and the weight loss effect will be just around the corner.

The correct way to use high temperature repeated bath

Fill the bathtub first and it will feel slightly hot, about 42 to 43 degrees. Start by slowly soaking your navel, then spend 5 minutes letting your body get used to the heat while gradually soaking your shoulders. After that, get out of the bathtub and rest for 5 minutes. Then, soak up to your shoulders the second and third time in the same way and stay in the bath for 2 to 3 minutes. You should also get out of the bathtub and rest for 5 minutes between the second and third times.

It is recommended to use the rest time to wash your hair or body, or even massage your whole body. Finally, remember to rinse your feet with cold water before leaving the bathroom. This will make the insulation effect better and prevent cold hands and feet. However, please note that this is a very physically demanding bathing method, so remember to keep hydrated while doing it. Also, please don't force yourself on days when you feel unwell. Then don't take a bath in hot water just because the higher the water temperature, the more calories you can burn.

Although it is particularly hard to take a bath for the third time because you will sweat a lot due to the heat, the refreshing feeling after taking a bath is really addictive. Are you interested in trying it?
