Cervical erosion can be divided into mild cervical erosion, moderate cervical erosion, severe cervical erosion, etc. according to the area of erosion. Since the early symptoms of cervical erosion, a gynecological disease, are not very obvious, many patients have already suffered from moderate to severe cervical erosion when they find that they are ill. Let's take a look at the symptoms of different degrees of cervical erosion. Analysis of different degrees of cervical erosion symptoms The most commonly used method for grading cervical erosion is to divide it according to the size of the erosion area, which can usually be divided into three degrees: mild, moderate and severe: when the erosion area is less than 1/3 of the entire cervical area, it is mild cervical erosion; when the erosion area accounts for between 1/3-2/3 of the cervical area, it is moderate erosion; when the erosion area accounts for more than 2/3 of the entire cervical area, it is severe erosion. In clinical diagnosis, we should not only pay attention to the size of the erosion surface, but also the type of erosion, whether it is simple type, granular type, or papillary type. It is a very common chronic cervicitis. Some patients have raised the question: If cervical erosion is not treated, will the entire cervix rot? In fact, cervical erosion is not really "erosion". Cervical erosion is caused by the fact that the inflammation in the deep tissue of the cervix is not eliminated after suffering from chronic cervicitis. The squamous epithelium on the surface of the cervix falls off due to nutritional disorders, and the peeling surface is gradually covered by the columnar epithelium derived from the proliferation of the cervical canal. Because the columnar epithelium is very thin, the blood vessels and red stroma below can be seen, making the erosion surface red, and there is a clear boundary with the surrounding normal squamous epithelium. Clinically, the erosion is divided into three degrees: mild, moderate and severe according to the size of the erosion surface. And if the manifestation of cervical erosion is considered, it can also be divided into three types: simple erosion is common in the early stage of inflammation, and the erosion surface is covered by a single layer of columnar epithelium, and the epidermis is relatively flat and smooth; if the inflammation continues, the cervical epithelium will overproliferate, and the erosion surface will be uneven and granular in appearance, which is granular erosion; if the glandular epithelium and stroma proliferate significantly, the unevenness will be more obvious, and it will be papillary, which is papillary erosion. These three types can exist alone or coexist alternately. |
