Health expert Wang Mingyong pointed out that the "Rainbow Nuts and Green Pine" healthy New Year's dish is mainly based on nuts, and is combined with roots, stems, vegetables, greens, leaves, and five colors: red, orange, green, yellow and white. The nuts are wrapped in lettuce leaves, and then paired with wheat flakes and healthy olive oil to make the dish more delicious.
