Not only does it become sweeter the more you chew it, but it also gives you a sense of satisfaction. It's so tempting to eat one mouthful after another, so be careful not to eat too much!

2. Use fruit juice instead of sugar

Normally, sugar is added to black tea. Instead, try replacing the sugar with fruit juice (orange juice). You can feel the moderate sweetness!

3. Eat a balanced diet

Rice, fish, meat, eggs, tofu, vegetables, seaweed, mushrooms, etc. Pay attention to a balanced diet every day! In particular, if you consume more dietary fiber, you can suppress the desire to eat sweets.

4. Find ways to relieve stress

When stress accumulates, will you want to eat sweets? In fact, eating sweets cannot eliminate stress. It is recommended that you find your own way to relax through exercise, reading, chatting, and listening to music. Carrying dried flowers or essential oils with you and taking them out to smell them occasionally is also a good idea!

5. Try to reduce the amount of sweets

It must be very difficult to suddenly give up sugar (sweets)! Moreover, it will turn into accumulated pressure and have the opposite effect. So don’t force yourself, just try to reduce your sweets intake little by little!
