1. Reduce calorie intake:

The most important way to effectively control weight is to eat less calories and burn more calories. Zeng Shizi said that fat and carbohydrates are the two main culprits of weight gain after the human body absorbs them. Among the health foods that claim to reduce the body's fat intake, the most popular ones are conjugated linoleic acid (CAL) and chitosan. As for reducing carbohydrate intake, white kidney beans themselves contain amylase blocking ingredients, so they have become an emerging topic in the health market recently.

We all know that as long as we increase our basal metabolic rate, we will consume more calories. However, studies have shown that starting from the age of 25, metabolism decreases at a rate of 5% every 10 years. So when it is difficult to change your lifestyle, how can you use nutritious foods to assist in weight control?

Zeng Shizi pointed out that modern people have an irregular diet and often stay up late. Supplementation of trace elements such as B complex, chromium, magnesium, zinc, and calcium can provide energy and promote metabolism. Chlorella and spirulina can purify the blood and enhance immunity. Tea and caffeine can help lower blood lipids and promote diuresis. Amino acids are natural active plant protein foods that can promote accelerated metabolism and are also nutritional supplements that can be considered.

As for the chili pepper weight loss method, Japan uses the spiciness of chili peppers to increase metabolism, but many people in Taiwan use the wrong method, thinking it is eating chili oil, and thus eat a lot of fat and get the opposite effect; Garcinia cambogia has also attracted attention. This spice ingredient has been added to curry powder since ancient times. The principle is the same as the chili powder mentioned earlier, which is to increase the body's metabolic rate. Therefore, it has become a popular product for those who want to control their weight. However, in the past one or two years, it has been overshadowed by glucomannan, a polysaccharide composed of glucose and mannose. Its ingredients can promote gastrointestinal motility and have the high viscosity of polysaccharides. It will absorb water in the gastrointestinal tract, easily making people feel full, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing food intake.
