American Ginseng, Not Too Hot, Fang Demonstrates Creative Cooking

As summer approaches, many people often go in and out of air-conditioned rooms from the hot outdoors, and as a result, they accidentally catch a cold. Summer is also the season when germs are most likely to multiply. If you want to enhance your immunity in this season, Chinese medicine practitioners remind you that you should eat cool supplements when it is hot, so you should also be careful when choosing ingredients to avoid making the wrong supplements and causing more heat. Chinese medicine practitioners recommend that suitable tonic foods for summer include American ginseng, chrysanthemum, cassia seed, lotus seed, white fungus and other cool tonic Chinese medicines.
