McDonald's Germany announced that it will start selling bubble milk tea in more than 800 branches nationwide from June 11, and will also provide a variety of choices and combinations, which are colorful and full of gimmicks. The unit price of 1.99 euros (NT$75) per cup is not expensive, and it has caused a warm response before it was officially launched.

It is understood that Taiwanese businessmen saw the business opportunities of bubble milk tea in the European market and opened the first store in Berlin, Germany in 2010. The pearls of different flavors and colors in the beverage cups not only help Taiwanese students and overseas Chinese relieve their homesickness, but also arouse the curiosity of the serious and boring Germans, who are willing to queue for half an hour just to taste this "interesting drink" from the "Far East".

Even though many doctors and nutritionists have called on children not to drink this unhealthy and potentially risky beverage, the bubble tea craze is still gaining popularity in German society. Now with a helping hand from McDonald's, Taiwan's signature drink is truly popular among Germans!
