Although his past failed weight loss experiences discouraged him, he hopes to walk his daughter down the red carpet at the wedding in the future, so he decided to report to the Kaohsiung Medical University Weight Management Center. He participated in the Kaohsiung Medical University weight loss class for more than 7 months, learned how to correctly choose balanced food, and the sports coach guided him in exercising to effectively burn fat and improve metabolism. Mr. Liao lost weight from 117.9 kg to 80.6 kg, his waist circumference dropped from 119 cm to 93.5 cm, and his body fat percentage dropped from 38.6% to 15.1%.
