What are the symptoms of pelvic effusion? Will pelvic effusion cause abdominal pain?

Pelvic effusion is still a little unfamiliar to many women. In fact, many women will have pelvic effusion. With the pollution of the environment and the increase of women's life pressure, more and more women suffer from pelvic effusion. But what are the symptoms of pelvic effusion? Will pelvic effusion cause abdominal pain?

Pelvic effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity. It can occur after the inflammation of the endometrium. The slightly viscous fluid exudates from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue and is gradually wrapped by the surrounding tissue to form a cystic mass. Pelvic effusion can cause cervicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, salpingitis, etc. in female friends. More seriously, if it is not treated in time, it can cause blockage of the fallopian tube and affect infertility.

The symptoms of pelvic effusion are very obvious, generally manifested as bilateral or unilateral lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, low back pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, low back pain, etc., or due to long-term standing, overwork, sexual intercourse, or premenstrual aggravation, severe cases affect work. Or lower abdominal pain, or increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual blood, dysmenorrhea, sexual discomfort; patients feel very uncomfortable and should be treated immediately and actively until the effusion is absorbed and dissipated.

Pelvic effusion is different due to physiological and pathological reasons. Physiological pelvic effusion basically has no symptoms and disappears naturally without treatment. However, pathological pelvic effusion is caused by the accumulation of inflammatory secretions of chronic pelvic inflammation in the uterine rectal pouch, which sometimes causes low-grade fever, fatigue, lack of energy, general discomfort, insomnia, etc. Due to the scars, adhesions, and pelvic congestion caused by chronic inflammation, pelvic effusion can cause lower abdominal distension, pain, and back pain.

Generally speaking, pelvic effusion will not cause abdominal pain. If you have abdominal pain during pelvic inflammatory disease, consider gastrointestinal discomfort caused by eating the wrong food.
