What are the clinical symptoms of abdominal wall endometriosis?

Are there many clinical symptoms of abdominal wall endometriosis?

1. Abdominal wall endometriosis is a special part of endometriosis and is a type of endometriosis. It is generally believed that during cesarean section, it is difficult to find endometrial fragments with the naked eye, which are scattered in the abdominal wall incision and implanted in it.

2. The pathogenesis of abdominal wall endometriosis is still unclear. The sources of ectopic endometrium include implantation theory, blood circulation-lymphatic transmission theory, iatrogenic transmission and immune disease theory. Iatrogenic transmission is direct transplantation, which is common in bringing the endometrium to the incision, where it is implanted to form endometriosis. The group has a history of cesarean section, which supports the iatrogenic transmission theory to a certain extent. During surgery, the operation time and steps should be strictly controlled to prevent menstrual blood reflux and try to avoid the occurrence of iatrogenic endometriosis.

The clinical manifestations of abdominal wall endometriosis mainly include the following:

1. Pain during sexual intercourse: Endometriosis occurs in the rectouterine fossa and vaginal rectal septum, causing swelling of the surrounding tissues, affecting sexual life and aggravating premenstrual sexual desire.

2. Stool swelling: generally occurs in the early or after menstruation, the patient feels pain through the rectum, but does not feel this way at other times. It is a typical symptom of endometriosis near the uterine rectal nest and rectum. Occasionally, ectopic endometrium is seen penetrating into the rectal mucosa, and there is rectal bleeding during menstruation. Endometriosis lesions form a narrowing around the rectum, with urgent, severe, and obstructive symptoms, similar to cancer.

3 Bladder symptoms: more common in endometriosis to the bladder, with periodic urinary frequency and painful urination; periodic hematuria may occur when invading the bladder mucosa.
