When is the best time to hang needles for pelvic effusion

Lumbar pain, low back pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, heaviness, and low back pain are all common symptoms of pelvic effusion, and there are many clinical treatment methods.

When is the best time to give pelvic effusion an IV?

1. Pelvic effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvic cavity. It can occur after the endometrium becomes inflamed. The slightly viscous fluid exudates from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue and is gradually wrapped by the surrounding tissue to form a cystic mass. If it is not treated, it can grow slowly. If it is too big, it cannot be eliminated by medicine and needs to be removed surgically. Pelvic effusion can be completely cured, but it must be effectively treated on the basis of identifying the pathogenic bacteria.

2. Generally, there are two types of pelvic effusion: physiological effusion and pathological effusion. Physiological pelvic effusion usually occurs after ovulation or in early pregnancy, and usually disappears naturally without treatment. However, most pelvic effusion is caused by inflammation, that is, exudation from chronic pelvic inflammation.

3. Generally, physiological pelvic effusion does not require injections. For more serious pelvic effusion, anti-inflammatory injections are usually given, and the specific situation should be analyzed specifically.

Treatments for pelvic effusion include: Chinese medicine treatment: Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is mostly of damp-heat type, and the treatment principle is to clear away heat and dampness.
