Hot compress with coarse salt to treat pelvic effusion

What is the method of using coarse salt hot compress to treat pelvic effusion?

1. Most pelvic effusions are caused by inflammation, that is, by exudation from chronic pelvic inflammation. A few are caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. Pelvic effusions caused by acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory adnexitis are often accompanied by bilateral or unilateral lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, low back pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, low back pain, etc., or due to long-term standing, overwork, sexual intercourse, or premenstrual aggravation, which can affect work in severe cases. Or lower abdominal pain, or increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual blood, dysmenorrhea, and sexual discomfort; patients feel very uncomfortable.

2. The method of using coarse salt hot compress to treat pelvic effusion is: about 5-8 kilograms of coarse salt. If you can't buy coarse salt, you can use the usual fine salt. Add a little raw onion, and dry-fry it in a frying pan. The purpose of adding a little onion is mainly to control the temperature. When the onion turns slightly yellow, the temperature is about 120-130 degrees and it cannot turn black. Put it in a cloth bag or pillowcase while it is hot, and put several layers of large towels on the abdomen to prevent burns. Put it on the lower abdomen, in an amount that can cover the lower abdomen. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes each time, twice a day, for 7-15 days, and the symptoms will be relieved.

3. When frying the salt again, add a few slices of green onion to control the temperature. This is the local method of physical therapy. For patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic effusion, and ovarian cysts with severe symptoms, such as abdominal pain, waist pain, soreness, etc., you can mix a little Yunnan Baiyao into a paste before hot compress, apply it evenly on the navel, and then pad it with a small piece of plastic paper. This can relieve the symptoms after a few times.
