Can adnexitis after abortion be cured?

Female reproductive system diseases have always been a matter of great concern. With the advancement of science and technology and medical care, there are more and more opportunities to recover from reproductive system diseases. As a common female reproductive system disease, uterine adnexitis also requires attention, and do not expect to be cured without taking any measures.

1. Uterine adnexitis is a common gynecological disease, usually caused by inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries, decreased resistance after childbirth or abortion, infection by pathogens, personal hygiene and surgical hygiene, or bacterial transmission of inflammation of adjacent organs. The best way to treat adnexitis is to use topical medications.

2. The female reproductive system has a natural defense function. Under normal circumstances, it can resist the invasion of bacteria. Only when the body's resistance decreases, or the female's natural defense function is destroyed due to other reasons, will adnexitis occur. It will not heal itself and requires drug treatment.

Diagnosis of adnexitis:

1. Acute fallopian tube. In the diagnosis of oophoritis, it can be seen that the leucorrhea is purulent or homogeneous mucus, the appendages are tender and painful, and sometimes the boundaries of the inflammatory mass and the activity restriction of the fallopian tube and ovarian adhesions can be touched.

2. Chronic tubal oophoritis is diagnosed as lower abdominal tenderness. Pelvic diagnosis is thickening and tenderness on both sides of the uterus, and sometimes an enlarged and fixed cystic mass can be felt. Generally speaking, unless there is hydrosalpinx or tubal ovarian cysts are formed, B-ultrasound diagnosis will not find any abnormal mass.
