What is the difference between implantation bleeding and menstruation?

Of course, there are still big differences between implantation bleeding and menstruation clinically, and everyone should pay attention to treat them differently. So what is the difference between implantation bleeding and menstruation?

Implantation bleeding is very different from menstruation. Generally speaking, implantation bleeding occurs around 1 week into pregnancy. If it is 7-10 days away from ovulation, implantation may be suspected and you can go to the hospital for a checkup. If it is more than 12 days away from ovulation, it may be menstruation.

The implantation of the fertilized egg occurs about 6 days after fertilization. At this time, most mothers do not have a particularly obvious reaction, and a few women will have some red or pink blood, which is called implantation bleeding. This symptom is not experienced by everyone, so it is not an obvious pregnancy phenomenon. If a woman just ovulates during intercourse and the man's sperm motility is good, they can usually get pregnant within 24 or 48 hours, and the woman does not feel anything during implantation! Only a few people will produce a small amount of blood when the fertilized egg is implanted.

After the fertilized egg is successfully implanted, women will feel tired. Are you always full of energy? Are you suddenly tired? The large secretion of a hormone called progesterone can make you feel tired. Almost all pregnant women suffer from this symptom. You can observe other symptoms to confirm your suspicion. If you notice that your areola has darkened, or there are blue and pink lines on your breasts, it should not be your imagination. These are symptoms of pregnancy.
