What to do if your breast hurts before your period

Breast pain is a common symptom of pain in women, which can be divided into two types: physiological and pathological. Common pathologies include: breast hyperplasia, mastitis and breast cancer. Common physiological breast pain can be divided into: breast pain during adolescence, early breast pain, breast pain during pregnancy, and breast pain after childbirth and artificial abortion. Most physiological breast pain is related to emotions. Emotional tension, anxiety, irritability, etc. can easily cause breast pain.

Generally speaking, breast pain during menstruation is normal, mainly due to a series of changes caused by the decrease in female estrogen levels and the increase in progesterone levels. Some women also have abdominal discomfort symptoms, such as abdominal pain accompanied by a feeling of falling. Some women also experience dizziness, headaches, fatigue and other symptoms. Women should pay close attention to observe whether their personal menstrual volume, color, and duration of menstruation are normal. The phenomenon of breast swelling and pain also changes with the cyclical changes of menstruation. When the holiday is approaching, the breasts will gradually proliferate and swell, and we will feel breast swelling and pain, but this phenomenon will ease and disappear with the end of menstruation. This is a normal physiological phenomenon and there is no need to worry too much.
