What to do if you are pregnant with adnexitis

What to do if you are pregnant with adnexitis?

Adnexitis refers to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries, but fallopian tube and oophoritis are often accompanied by parametrial connective tissue inflammation and pelvic peritonitis, and they are not easy to distinguish during diagnosis. In this way, pelvic peritonitis and parametrial connective tissue inflammation are also classified as adnexitis. Among pelvic organ inflammations, fallopian tube inflammation is the most common. Due to the proximity of anatomical parts, fallopian tube inflammation, oophoritis, and pelvic peritonitis often coexist and affect each other.

Note the following points:

1. Take the medicine under the guidance of a doctor: Be sure to follow the doctor's instructions and take the medicine under the guidance of a doctor, otherwise it may aggravate the condition.

2. Check regularly and seek medical treatment in time: Even if you do not feel any discomfort, you should have regular check-ups and a comprehensive gynecological examination at least once a year. No matter what the situation is, if there is an increase in leucorrhea or other discomfort, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment immediately.

3. Wear less tight pants and sanitary pads: In particular, do not wear tight nylon underwear, it is best to choose cotton underwear. Some women are worried that leucorrhea will stain their underwear, so they always use sanitary pads. This practice can easily cause a large number of bacteria to grow on the vulva, which is not advisable.

4. Exercise and enhance immunity: Exercise regularly to enhance physical fitness; ensure adequate sleep; eat more foods rich in vitamins; learn to regulate your emotions, as immunity will be enhanced when you are in a good mood.
