1. Preparatory

2. Massage the spleen and stomach points

Make fists with both hands, place the 2nd and 3rd metacarpophalangeal joints of the back of the fists on the spleen and stomach points, and massage with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. The spleen point is located 1.5 inches below the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra protruding from the lower end of the sternum, that is, the xiphoid process, and then count down 2 protrusions. The stomach point is located 1.5 inches below the spinous process of the 12th thoracic vertebra protruding from the lower end of the sternum, that is, the xiphoid process, and then count down 3 protrusions. Strengthen the spleen and stomach, remove dampness and stop leukorrhea.

3. Massage the Shenshu point

Put your hands on your waist, press your thumb on the Shenshu point on the same side, and place the other four fingers on your waist, and massage with appropriate force for 0.5 to 1 minute. Shenshu point and Mingmen point are located 1.5 inches away from the spinous process of the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae. Warm and nourish the kidney yang, strengthen the waist and bones.

4. Rub the lumbar spine

Place your palms on both sides of your waist, and rub your lumbar sacral area vigorously from top to bottom for 0.5 to 1 minute, preferably until your waist feels warm.
